    Marine engineering harnesses are special cable systems designed for marine environments. They are used for power transmission, signal control and data communication in harsh environments such as offshore oil platforms, submarine observation networks, offshore wind power, and ship systems. Its core features are super corrosion resistance, water pressure resistance and long-term reliability, ensuring stable operation under extreme conditions such as salt spray, high pressure and low temperature.

    The offshore engineering harness system mainly includes the following key components:

    (1) Power transmission cable

    Medium and high voltage submarine cable: used for offshore wind power grid connection (such as 35kV/220kV XLPE insulated cable)

    Equipment power supply cable: oil-resistant flexible cable (such as 0.6/1kV CPR marine cable)

    (2) Signal control cable

    Underwater robot (ROV) harness: coaxial cable + optical fiber composite cable

    Submarine sensor cable: armored RS485/Modbus bus cable

    (3) Connection system

    Wet plug connector: IP68 grade (such as Teledyne MARCONI HMF series)

    Submarine junction box: titanium alloy pressure compensation type

    (4) Protection components

    Stainless steel armor layer

    Anti-biological attachment sheath

    Anodic protection grounding system
